Fire sprinklers, water and sewer trenches, insulation and drywall in the Cottage. We moved in at the end of March, even though the kitchen was still a work in progress.

April–June
A flush toilet, kitchen sink, drawers, stove and mini-split. Groundbreaking began on the Back House in June.
July–August
Forms, stem walls, sewer, water lines, radiant tubing and the Back House slab.
September–October
Framing, rafters, windows, a red exterior and shingles on the Back House.
November
After a long fire-sprinkler inspection delay, we returned to insulating and finishing the Cottage.
