A long detour

A neighbor’s fence took roughly 21 feet of our driveway. Getting that land back turned into years of litigation and then judgment enforcement.
How it unfolded
The encroachment began in 2020. In December 2023 we obtained a court judgment. We removed the fence in February 2024, finally reopening the full driveway. The financial aftermath continued after the land itself was clear.
