We won our lawsuit with the neighbor, but he failed to pay the judgment ordered by the courts.  We fired our lawyers (expensive!) and started pursuing enforcement of the judgment ourselves.

Also, we finished the stucco on the Studio.

We knocked down the neighbor's fence that had been intruding on our driveway by 21 feet.

We got a cute electric mower.  Our gas mowers have been unreliable with the level of abuse we give with our three acres.

We installed a gravel driveway.  A little late for this year, but in the future we won't be slodging through mud. Also, Mira and Joe road-tripped to the eclipse in Arkansas.

Our Kiowa blackberries are huge.

At Easter we had a party and the guests painted a mural for the entrance to the Studio.  (Designed by John Chase Williams.)

Finished most of the insulation in the Studio.

Finished the media room in the Studio, where the video game playing and movie watching will happen.
